I am looking to add a customer as an approver in a Jira ticket. The customer is not a requester but can be an additional recipient.
I want to create a step in the workflow called "Waiting for Approval." When I transition the ticket to this status, I would like a screen to pop up, allowing me to select an approver who is not a Jira Agent but a customer.
Could someone please provide detailed steps on how to configure this in Jira Service Management? Any guidance on permissions, workflow settings, and necessary fields would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kashif,
You need to add the Approvers field to the transition screen. This should allow Customers to be added to it. Also make sure that is the field used by the appropriate status for approvals in your workflow.
