How does one add a Request Type condition to an OpsGenie alert?

Using the "new" integration method within OpsGenie, how does one setup an alert to only trigger based on a particular Request Type of the relevant JSM ticket?

 

I understand how to do this using Webhooks, but the "new" integration method doesn't support these.
