I have removed users ability to delete any comments, attachments or issues created in the global permissions scheme.
When an admin user goes to any of the existing Project settings, there is a permissions error popup, how do I prevent this pop up telling me that the permissions I want, and have set are wrong? They are not wrong, it's how I want them to be.
Thanks
Tony
Hello @Tony Smyth,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
When removing some recommended permissions on a project, all project administrators will receive a warning message when accessing the project settings, but if they click on “Ignore errors”, they will no longer see the message, unless new changes are made.
If it shows error messages, then it’s not possible to ignore them. If that’s the case, can you please share with us the errors? On the popup message, click on “Show errors” and share a screenshot with us, if possible.
Kind regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica, thanks for the reply, I've added a screenshot above if that's helpful.
Thanks
Tony

Thank you, Tony.
In this case, only click on “Ignore errors” and the popup shouldn’t appear anymore.
It will appear for each project administrator, so they must do the same.
If a project admin makes new changes to the permissions, then it will appear again.
Note that, you can let the “Service Project Customer - Portal access” with permission to delete and edit, because actually, this is restricted on the customer portal, so even though it shows they have permission for that, they won’t be able to do it.

Welcome to the community. Can you provide a screenshot of the error when an Admin user accessing the individual project settings?
Also, what do you mean by global permissions? Are you stating that it is same permission scheme that used by all of your projects?

Hi, thanks for replying.
All projects use the same permissions, it's 1 team of agents managing multiple customers.
attaching screenshot of the expanded view.
Thanks
