I have an open request queue, and also a total request queue. I want to be able to include all requests, including "to do", "in progress" and "resolved" in the queue.

Can anyone help this new user?

Welcome to the community @Michael Henshaw !

You will just need to edit your queue ( ... > Edit Queue) and remove everything from Filter By and click "Save". This way all issues will be shown.

I hope it helps
