How do I customise Help Desk?

Hi Community, 

This is a basic question but how do I change my Support Desk page into a layout similar to the Help Center?

I have a Service Desk project setup but I can't figure out a way to change the layout to the desired Help Center.

Hope you are doing well!!

To customized your Customer portal,

1. Go to Settings () > Products > Jira Service Management > Configuration.

2. Under Customize your help center, you’ll see a list of customization options available to you.

3. Choose the relevant option, make changes and select Save changes.

Atlassian has created very detailed document on how and what you can customize the Customer portal.
