Currently, only slack notifications get sent out when the issue is created via slack. I'm trying to get the same notifications in slack when creating issues/service requests via email. Anybody have thoughts on where to start to get this done?

In order to receive notifications about Email requests, it's necessary to select the Request type used in the Email channel in the Chat settings.
