How can we customize created date range on Jira Service Management portal?

"I want to select the date range for created requests on the Jira Service Management customer portal. Currently, the portal only offers options for searching, status, and request type. There isn't an option for selecting a date range based on creation date. Is there a possibility to add a feature for customizing the date range?"
