How can i hide or block the field "Raise this request on behalf of*" in the HelpDesk page

I want to block or hide the field ""Raise this request on behalf of*" when a client is openning a new ticket, because the client can choose to open the ticket in the name of other client which is causing problems to my company.

This field is only available to JSM agents. Your standard customers won't be able to see this. They can only raise tickets for themselves.
