Actually, I have a one customer in three different projects. they having customer portal. so i want to remove from one project not in all three projects.

If you are a project admin, you can remove a customer from a service project by following steps.
From your service project, select Project settings, then Access, then People and access.
Find the customer you want to remove by searching for the customer or filter by Service Desk Customers under the Roles dropdown.
Select Remove next to the customer.
Also you need can restrict who can submit request in your service project from customer permissions tab

But, I added in the customers not in the people and project roles.

Then how are customers added to you project ?

Users added as Customer here cannot be removed. You need to delete the profile but it will remove them from all projects.
