Within an Epic there are multiple stories. Some of the stories are Status=Done and some are various other in progress statuses. There is a FILTER option "Hide done" and it works great to do exactly that. (make the list shorter and only see the items that are not done).
EVERY time I go to the Epic I must reset my FILTER back to "Hide done" checked/enabled.
How can I SAVE that FILTER setting so that I only need to check "Hide done" that one time
Im trying to understand where you are looking. Can you share screenshot?
I wish i could share a screen shot but this Community doesn't appear to allow screenshots.

You can use the image icon to insert a saved image…
please note that I have seen issues with inserting images on certain browsers. For instance I just attempted to insert this very image using Firefox and due to some cashing issues I had to switch to chrome to achieve the goal.

Thank you! I was looking for a paperclip to attach the file. I didn't think to hover over every icon. I have attached the image. Thank you for teaching me "Insert Photos". Appreciate it.

Glad to help Jane. However TBH I still am not exactly sure what screen you are on. Trying to get to it so I can play with it and see if I can figure something out for you. However I also suspect that it may not be a sticky filter. But maybe there’s other ways to achieve your goal. For example you could create your own filter and exclude any done issues. You could even consider creating a dashboard that would display what you want to see a nice format.
In any event can you help me find which screen you were actually on? Also you are working with an epic here and at the same time you have this question posted under Jira service management. Are you actually using Epics in JSM?

Got it thanks for sharing that. Indeed that is not a sticky radio button. And cannot be configured as such.

Is it possible to make this into a feature ? It is very unintuitive to have to have to do this each time to get the the bottom of the list for new tickets
