How can I delete a major incident?

I need to delete a major incident in JSM but I have not Opsgenie installed in my JSM

Hello @Ignacio Vera,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Opsgenie is already integrated with JSM. With this said, you can access it by going to Incidents and click on the incident. It should show the option to open on Opsgenie:

You can also access it by going to “Alerts” on the left sidebar:

And also directly on https://<yourdomain>.app.opsgenie.com/incident/list
