When creating an internal ticket and selecting an issue type, the request type is defaulted to a specific request type. I am trying to change the default request type associated with this issue type.
For example (Issue type: Access Change - Request type: Remove Access). This is what it currently defaults to when selecting access change issue type. I would like the request type to default to our other request type of "Grant Access". This seems like it should be a simple change, but I can't find a way to select the default request type associated with an issue type.
Thanks!
I've seen the feature lab article, but that is referring to when you change an issue type it will default to your chosen request type.
Currently the only way I've been able to alter the issue type - request type default selection is by changing the title of the request type to be higher in the alphabetical order.
