Hide Transition

could someone tell me how to hide these transitions in the user's support request?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
The transition in the workflow has a checkbox to show/hide the transition in the customer portal:
