Hide Link button for specific issue type

I want to hide link button in the view screen for specific issue type.

Can anybody help me achieve that?

You can achieve this by Scriprunner using Fragments "Hide system or Plugin UI element"

Unfortunetly not. You need to have any supporting Plugin for this.
