When trying to open a ticket in the customer portal, Jira service management, the following message appears:
The request could not be sent. This form contains a hidden field that does not have a valid default value configured.

Some types of requests have hidden fields, but the default value is defined. However, the error also occurred with request types, which do not have hidden fields. After a few hours, the problem resolved itself.
