I've hidden a number of JSM project portals from the Help Center.
The problem is, I can still see them when I do a Search from the Help Center. An example follows.
Is there anything else I can do to hide the portal from the Help Center?
Hi @Robert Wen_Cprime_ , are you logged in as a customer that should not see the hidden portals or as an admin?
If you have setup the project restriction via Project Settings >> Customer Permissions, then only the users who are explicitly added to the project(s) will see them in the Help Center main portal UI.
Same question that @Jack Brickey ask, who are you logging into the system as (Site Admin) or an user account that doesn't not have access to them?
You may also need to double check each project's "People" to ensure that only specific users are assigned to the Service Desk Customers role.
