I'm trying to set up automation for the following two scenarios:
When a ticket in Project A (Engineering) that is linked to a ticket in Project B (support) is moved to "In Progress" status - the ticket within Project B (Support), will automatically change to "In Progress" status as well.
When a ticket in Project A (Engineering) that is linked to a ticket in Project B (support) is moved to "Ready for Deployment" status - the service request status, will automatically change to "Resolved" status.

Did you have a look at the Automation Playground ? It has examples for most common use-cases and you can have a look at the Sync section to achieve your specific use-case.
