Hello everybody,
My company is using a Jira customer service management project. At the moment we are working on creating a knowledge base in Confluence. Soon we would like to publish it as a help page for our customers.
My question now is: Is there any possibility to choose which articles are shown to customers and which are “private”? We are creating articles which are for external purpose while others should only support the customer support employees. But because internal and external articles are both saved on the same confluence site I couldn’t figure out an option how to solve this problem.
I appreciate your answers.
Kind regards
Laura
You can use page restrictions to restrict any page only for internal use. You can read more here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-or-remove-page-restrictions/
