I want to report on tickets submitted by internal team members vs external partners - is there an easy way to pull that series with using the ending of our email?

I do not see a way natively to pull the data via the users domain.
I'd recommend tagging the tickets in someway (component/s or a custom field) to determine if they are an internal team member or if they are an external partner.
