Good morning!

I need a script that i can put on create status of a workflow that will automatically time stamp the issue when it's created. Can anyone help me with this please? What should the script look like?

Hi @gregory_wallace ~ I'm not sure I understand the ask here.  Why not just use the built-in "created" field which already does this?

Hi Laurie,

 

I'm familiar with DC only. This will be my first time using a cloud instance. Once I calmed down and took a minute to look at the instance i found hat you mentioned. Thanks for you reply.
