I've been using free version of service-management which allow 3 users to manage tickets , I've admin account and was one of the 3 on the service-management group.
I've remove my self from the group and add a new member , however he can not see the service-management project and can not access the tickets.
I've added him to the group and make sure he have the same permission as the others who have access to the service-management project ( I've added screenshots )

Please go to your project settings --> Permissions
Check if the service management group is added into "Browse Projects" permissions. If the group is not in the browse permission, you can add it by editing the existing scheme.
i.e. Actions --> Edit Permissions (screenshot attached)
