Forwarding edited Forms to sub-tasks

I want to forward the form I added with automation to subtasks and I want them to be able to edit it. At the same time, I want the edited versions to be updated for all status.

How can I do this?

Just to ensure we are on the same page, apparently, you are using Forms(Project settings > Forms) and you would like to copy it from the parent issue to the subtasks. Is that correct?

If that's the case, you can achieve this using the Copy forms action outlined in the following document:

In addition, depending on your use case, you may also need to use a Jira Automation branch:
