Unfortunately, one ticket service we had with Halp was not migrated on Jira Service Management (Cloud) before the 4th Juner 2024.
How may I resolve it as now, when I'm connect to Assist, I don't see anymore my tickets ?

It is probably to late to do anything but I will escalate to Atlassian to confirm that is the case.
