Follow-up with the customer. Sending an attachment

Hi, I have a question regarding the follow-up with the customer. I try to answer the customer by sending him an attachment but it is not possible. Is there an option to do this?

Two methods:

  • add to a public comment - The customer will then receive a link to the portal where they can view the document.
  • Send an email to the customer with the attachment - customer can open the attachment and saved to the desktop if they wish
