Fail to link Azure AD to Jira for managing users

I want to have users/groups managed by Azure ID for my JIRA service management Cloud. 

On the tutorial, I'm blocked in this step. 

Actually I have Organisation ID/api Key

But I do not have the FULL URL for the API key

I don't know what to put in tenant URL, and tutorial seems to be a little bit old

I need to know what is the tenant URL.

please help

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

In order to integrate your Azure AD to Atlassian Cloud Application you need Atlassian Access for SSO and User Provisioning.

Atlassian Access act as intermediate between your IDP and JSM, JSW etc.

is it something like: https://myjiradomain.atlassian.net/(whattoputhere????)/OrganizationID ?
