Error when trying to export Insight objects

Welcome to the Community! Let's see if we can get this solved for you...

  • When the error message appeared did you have anything else on the screen?
  • What steps did you take to export?
  • Have you contacted your administrator?

I got the same error when I tried the export the Insight Data.

As in the article posted by Laura, I tried to export the data. However, the 5th step does not seem to be optional. When I used a filter it worked.
To display all objects I used the label attribute in the IQL query with "is not null".

Hi,

 

I used this filter "Label field" is not empty because null is not possible and it doesn't work still. I cannot export datas to Excel. Do I do something wrong maybe?
