Error in SQL result?

Can someone please explain me how to give this JQL result when I understand that it is not possible to give it?

This filter only shows all those issues that have passed through that SLA, so different results depending on it.

"sla" = paused() returns all issues in which the 'sla' is applicable and in paused condition. So, I trust it is returning accurate results in your both case.
