Dear Community,

I want to define an entitlement for request types, so that only authorized people can use those request types on the portal.

Is there a way we can achieve it.

TIA

Vijay

Hello @Vijay Dadi

with vanilla JSM, you can only restrict portals (projects), not specific request types. I know that there are Markeplace Apps for it though.

Refined is one of them: Refined Sites for JSM | Theme ITSM, HR, Help & Service Desks | Atlassian Marketplace

I am sure there are plenty others if you search with the right keywords.

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ ,

Thank you for your quick response. I will take a look at it.

But I was expecting this bare minimum functionality available in JSM without having to get other apps from marketplace.
