End trial

We are currently using Jira Service Management as a trial. We've made a bad choice and would like to cancel this.
We will try the free version first, and then subscribe to the Standard version.
We need to test internally for a total of 1-2 months, and the trial period for Standard is not enough, so we are requesting to cancel.

You will need to remove your existing agents down to only three or less, then you can downgrade your Standard subscription to Free subscription.

Hi @ByungJin _Chris_ Choi ,

as mentioned above, the free plan requires a maximum number of 3 agents.

This plan is free, as long as you have not more than 3 agents.

Be aware, that not all features are available in the free plan.

What we have done, and might be a solution for you to limit the fees is, following approach:

1. evaluate the basics of the system within the free plan

2. check the feature gaps of the different plans you would like to evaluate after your free plan evaluation is completed

3. change the plan oder add more agents on a monthly plan basis. So you can manage the license fees from month to month. If you would like to switch between plans or change the number of agents, you can do it on a monthly basis.

4. when you have decided which plan you would like to use AND your number of agents ist stable, THEN switch to a yearly subscription. 

 

Our story:

* try free plan

* implement first project

* add more agents > switch to standard plan > first roll-out to business unit

* add more agents

* implement more projects and improve existing project > roll-out to more business units

* switch to premium

* add more agents

* implement more projects, improve current projects

 

Some of the premium features have not been used in the first time, like cross-project automation (to be clear, the number of executions allowed in a period). Meanwhile, this is a game changer for our service and we don't want to miss it.

You can cancel the standard plan and keep it with Free plan upto 3 agents. 

Go to the billing section> click on manage JSM> select free plan.
