we are offering our customers applications like Fleet Management and Maintenance Management.
I saw that we can integrate widgets so that users can create tickets. Is there also an option to integrate the service potal page, so that they have an overview of their open and done tickets.

No this option is not available. You could use the APIs to develop an integrated solution.
