I have sent several test messages to the email address set up for my project. The connected email account is configured with IMAPS protocol. When I check the connectivity log it is always successful. However, the processing log shows nothing. I have even added my personal email address domain to the allow list. Several emails were sent to the custom address but nothing seems to process even though I confirmed they are in the inbox.
I also confirmed that "Allow customers to create accounts" and "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in" are both checked.
