Email replies not showing in ticket comments

When a customer replies to the automated email response from a new comment being added, the email is sent to jira@getmoresystems.atlassian.net, which does not exist. 

The replies also do not show in the tickets.

I've checked the email settings and the only active email address we have is support@getmoresystems.atlassian.net. When I try to add jira@getmoresystems.atlassian.net I get an error saying it's already in use.

Hi @Dani van Maurik 

 

I've looked up my test system, and from Settings -> System -> Incoming email the Default Cloud Mail server is jira@mysite name.
