Email notifications of certain types of requests.

Hello. I am not getting email notifications of certain types of requests. How to fix that?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

Hello @David Stepanyan 

There are two things that you should check:

  • Personal settings - these settings have been updated (this needs to be checked by the users who have been impacted by this issue); that said, check which notifications are checked and which are not 
  • Customer notifications - check which buttons are toggled; for example Customer invited, Request created

Let me know if you are facing this issue still, even if you have checked everything.
