Email handler not reading subfolder after updating rest api

My mailhandlers are not fetching any email from my mail servers. I have a mailserver set up and within my mail handlers I use specific subfolders but if i use the test button it keeps saying. No email in subfolder. I am using the JSM core mailhandlers. It worked just fine but after moving from the MIcrosoft REST API to the new GRAPH API it stopped working.

Checked this article but nothing helped.
