Email error Jira service desk,

Hi,

Suddenly this monday tickets in our service management stopped working, via mail.

Looking in to the Connectivity log, we find the following:

Retrying in 1440 minutes - Email pulling has failed 15 times consecutively (Reason: com.microsoft.graph.core.ClientException: Error during http request)

Hi @Jakob Andersson 

To add to what @Pramodh M said, this looks like more of a microsoft problem, and less of a Jira problem. Maybe something has changed from your connected email account. And read this thread please, because they were facing a similar problem

Thanks for the tip!

However we resolved the issue by disconnecting our email account and reconnecting it again i the project setting/Email requests
