I want to create a rule that allows me to approve requirements by email. That when you click on a possible hyperlink you approve it
or how I defined the list of approvers or if there is any article on the use of those or options.
Hi Elvis,
The article is a little outdated, but see if it helps you.
If you are looking for alternatives, our app Notification Assistant for Jira has the functionality to set email approvals.
We have a guide on Working with Approvals in Jira Service Management.
Once you set the approvers by following the documentation, our app makes sure that the approvers receive the notifications and are able to act directly via the email.
Cheers,
Igor Medeiros

Approvals can be used on statuses within a workflow used in a JSM project.
See how approvals work, in the following documentation:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-approvals/
There is a default customer notification on a JSM project that sends the email for approval if this is required.
In automation you can only create rules that can perform an automatic approval, but no the option to have an email with approval options

I understand, how can I define my approvers, since when I use the "client notifications" option in for: I get approvers, reporter and clients and I don't know where to configure that.

Hi read the documentation on the working of setting approvers, this can be done as by adding the field to the request and specify the approvers by default.
Or the agents handling the issue can set the approvers or if you have the user field that you use for the approval on the request even a customer is able to set their own approver or approvers.
