Email Requests Dropping O365 connection

started around 3 days ago.

we are using a shared mO365 box on our queues that is dropping connection.

IE emails are received and no ticket is created.

there is nothing in the jira connectivity logs 

only resolution so far has been disconnecting and reconnecting accounts but it is happening everyday.
