Email Password Change

Hi,

We allow users to email our support team and Jira Cloud picks these up and generates a ticket. Our password changed and I'm unable to locate the field within Jira cloud to input the new password.

I'm in System / Global Mail Settings - can't find the option to add the new password
Also went to Projects / Email -  can't find the option to add the new password

Can someone please asssit?, thanks

@Romeo, Anthony(Corp) ,

If I undestand your situation, I think that you have to go to:

  • Go to your Jira Cloud account and log in as an administrator.
  • Click on the "Settings" button located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  • Click on "System" from the drop-down menu.
  • From the System menu, click on "Incoming Mail."

And if you have a Custom email in "Set up your incoming mail server" then you can "remove" and Add it email again, then you can put the new passord.

Hope it help you!
