Edit the auto reply once users submit a ticket

Hello,

I'd like to get instructions on editing the auto reply when users submit a ticket. 

Please advise

Hi @Olivera Todorovska ,

Go to your Service project settings --> Customer notifications --> Edit the Request created notification.

Modified text will be sent as notification to users when they  create a ticket from customer portal/Email
