Dear Team,
From last one week, since i got the the subscription suspended issue solution.Our Jira SM e-mail notification seems to be not working properly. Most of the time, i don't even get the notification about the tickets at all. I am the only IT admin, who is supposed get all activity e-mail but unfortunately, i am not getting even one. Could anyone please help to reslove the issue.
"since i got the the subscription suspended " - this implies you have stopped paying for the service or cancelled it. Either way, that will be the problem - a shut down system won't try to send email to ex-users.
