E-Mail customer notification check

Hi

Is there a way to check if a notification to a customer user is out or not? Is there a outgoing mail history?

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

On Jira Service Management, currently, there is no option to view outgoing email logs, just incoming.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and also watch to receive updates from our product managers.

Note that, if a ticket has a valid request type and the customer is the reporter or request participant on a ticket, they will receive notifications for comments, status updates, and so on.

Members of an organization the request was shared with also receive notifications, but only if they go to the ticket in the customer portal and activate the notifications.
