I want to create queue which shows all issues assigned to any groups that I am a member of. I want it to be dynamic so that I can set this as a default queue for any engineer logging in, they can click "My Team Tickets" and see them all regardless of who they are assigned to.
I can only seem to do this by naming the team which doesn't help because the team name changes based on the user logging in.
For example assignee in membersOf ("Team 1") is not dynamic, if an engineer from Team logged in they would only see tickets assigned to someone in Team 1 not their own team, additionally no one would see tickets that are unassigned.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
Hi, @John Williams
Jira Service management may allow you to add the team field to the queue's query. However, if you want to monitor all teams, you must create one queue for each team. If you are open to checking a marketplace app, I would recommend you try Mindpro Lineup. With this app you can create a queue and add subfilters to it, permitting users to access each of the subfilters created. The subfilters will appear as tabs inside the related queue. For example, you can create a queue adding Team1 and Team2 filters, and share them with the respected users if you prefer.
You can also create other criteria to separate or create the subfilters, and your teams can create their filters based on the main queue. I hope that helps.

Eduardo
Hello @John Williams
Based on my understanding, creating a dynamic queue in Jira Service Management that shows issues assigned to teams based on the logged-in user is not natively supported out of the box.
The current filtering options rely on explicitly named teams.
However, a potential workaround could involve using user properties or labels that dynamically map team members to their issues.
