Can someone explain to me why in my JSD portal it appears that I have duplicated accounts for same customers, both should be with one and the same email, but for one the email is visible, for the other one - not. Please see:
Plus when I click to view the profile of the visible email customer, this message appears:
While if I do the same action for the customer with "private email address", I am able to enter the profile and manage accesses?
Have in mind that most of my portal customers appear with "private email address", why?
