Don't see the "import objects schema" tab

Hello Community,

We want to migrate to Insight for Service Management from Insight Cloud (old one). Exporting works and I downloaded a .zip file. I followed this guide: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/migrate-insight-cloud-to-insight-in-jira-service-management/

But when Importing I go to Configure Insight I don't see the Import object schema tab. 

I thought it was a rights issue but I am site admin and I have all the rights/rolls.

Could some help me figure this out?

Reached out to Atlassian support. They switched it on.
