Not necessarily a key since the item will have a unique identifier within Asset Management.
More like a compound Name.
Several examples
We assign 3 digit numbers to our clients and typically display both the Client Id along with the name such as '424 - Jiminy Cricket CCU'.
Or for Databases, we want to show the Name + Environment
JiminyCricket Production
JiminyCricket Test
JiminyCricket Dev
Of course, could just brute force the combined name, then duplicate environ or key search criteria for filters and reports. Not optimal, more like last resort.

Welcome to the community!
Not out of the box. You will have to use a global automation that gets executed when a specific object in a schema is added.

Hi @Steve van Niman , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
As @Fabian Lim says, the standard functionality doesn't support this but you can also have a configuration in the issue view to show not only the name of the object but other details, like a status or other attributes.
Cheers
