Hello all,
Some of the mails to the default Jira mail gets rejected because of DMARC. We still like to receive all mails and filter them ourselves, because sometimes it filters out mails we want. This is what it says on the mail log.
I have tried two things:
Okay I think I found it. Apparantly there is another setting in Products > Email requests where you can disable DMARC. Strange that there was one in System > Incoming Mail but this seems to be the correct setting.
Thanks for the post and the answer @Peng Zhou - I have tested this in a test site. And yay! Seems to work!
But I am so hesitant to disable DMARC on the production instance. Any idea on why this works and how to fix it "properly"? DMARC is recommended ... Please advise?
