I was just wondering if there was a way to have different scenes for different email addresses if logging into an Atlassian Help Centre?

For example: So if Student@school.edu.au logged in they don't get the same page as staff@school.edu.au so we can have different forms etc on the help centre?

Thanks

@Ben Slater -

Welcome to the community.  Out of the box, you can try the following option -control what project(s) that a user can access to create/submit asks in the portal or what request type that one can submit via portal.

Option one - Project visibility

To accomplish that you will need to change each project's Customer Permission setup via Project Settings >> Access >> Customer Permissions' "Channel Access" option to Restricted from Open

Essentially, project admin/agents can update who can access the project.  For any users who are not called out from the project, then they will not see the project listed in the portal.  Thus, they will not be able to submit asks to the project.

Option two - Request Type visibility

From Project Settings >> Request management section >> Request types to select the request form(s) that you want to control visibility while the project is open to all the users.  See the following reference link for details -

Hope this helps.
