**What happened?**
The AI features within Jira Service Management are experiencing significant disruptions. These features either respond with substantial delays or fail to load entirely.

**When did this occur?**
The issue commenced on December 11, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM PST.

**Frequency:**
Since its inception, the issue has remained consistent, with no periods of normal functionality.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Access the AI Assistant within Jira Service Management.
2. Attempt to generate a response or utilize any AI-powered feature.
3. Observe that the system either suspends indefinitely or displays an error message.

**Expected Outcome:**
The AI Assistant should provide accurate and timely responses without any errors or delays.

**Actual Outcome:**
The system consistently fails to load the AI features or takes an unreasonably extended time to generate any response.

**Platform:** Jira Service Management (Cloud)  
**Browser/OS:** Chrome Version 118 on macOS Ventura  
**Plugins/Add-ons:** No additional plugins or add-ons are enabled in the browser.

2. Restarted the browser and Jira Service Management application.  
3. Verified the absence of any conflicting plugins or add-ons.  
4. Reviewed the Jira Service Management status page and confirmed the ongoing incident related to AI features.

**Additional Notes:**
- The issue appears to coincide with the incident reported by Atlassian regarding AI features in Jira Service Management Cloud.  
- The most recent update from Atlassian was on December 11, 2024, at 7:50 PM PST, indicating that they are actively monitoring significant recovery efforts.
