Hi,
In JSM Cloud, you can create a Knowledge Base article in a Confluence space directly from a Jira ticket. You can select a space and a template. I created a template myself in the space but I can't get it to show up in the 'select a template' dropdown. Any idea if this is possible and how?
I'm working on a premium trial version.

At the moment this is not possible.
