What is the data retention timescale on tickets that are held within the Jira Service Management platform?
E.g. When a ticket is raised by the client within our Jira Service Management portal, they would like to know how long the ticket/data is retained within the platform for? Is there a settings option within Jira that we can change the timescale of data retention when applicable?
Welcome to the community. It is my understanding that in the CLOUD env, the data is retained without any time limitation.
